Having regard to Decree No. 92-30 of 9 January 1992 on the special status of the specialised assistant librarians, as amended by Decree No. 2001-327 of 13 April 2001;

Pursuant to Article 1 of the Act of 3 January 2001 referred to above, it may be carried out, under the conditions laid down in this Title, for a period of five years from 4 January 2001, to the organisation of competitions for access to bodies referred to in Annexes 1 and 2 to this Decree, reserved for candidates fulfilling the conditions laid down in Article 1 of the said Act.
Candidates cannot To submit to the reserved competitions referred to in Annex 1 if they fall within or fall within the expiry date of their last contract of the Ministry of National Education or the Ministry of Youth and Sports, of a public institution Under the jurisdiction of a local educational institution.

The procedures for establishing the record and the conduct of the hearing referred to in this paragraph shall be set out in the order provided for in the second paragraph of this Article.
The number of candidates nominated on the complementary lists cannot exceed 100 % of the total number of jobs offered.
The relevant provisions relating to traineeship, traineeship, tenure and classification are those laid down by the status of the host body For non-incumbent agents.

Candidates may only submit to the professional examinations listed in Annex 3 if they report or fall within the date of expiry of their last contract of the Ministry of National education, the Ministry of Youth and Sports or a local public education institution.
Candidates may submit to the professional examinations referred to in Annex 4 only if they fall within or fall within the expiry date of their last contract of the Ministry of National Education, Ministry of Culture and Communication, Ministry of Youth and Sports or a local public education institution.
Candidates mentioned Articles 10 and 11 may, in the same year, apply only to a single competition or professional examination for access to a category C body organised pursuant to Article 1 of the aforementioned Act of 3 January 2001.
