In view of the decree 91-462 of 14 May 1991, as amended laying down the statutory provisions applicable to the bodies of maintenance and reception workers, professional workers and master workers of the educational establishments of the Ministry of National Education And the body of the technicians of national education;
In accordance with Decree No. 92-980 of 10 September 1992 laying down statutory provisions applicable to the bodies of laboratory technical personnel of the educational establishments of the Ministry of Education National education and culture, as amended by decrees No. 94-466 of 31 May 1994 and No. 98-658 of 24 July 1998;
Having regard to Decree No. 94-1016 of 18 November 1994 laying down common statutory provisions applicable to various bodies of Officials of category B, as amended by Decree No. 97-301 of 3 April 1997;
Having regard to Decree No. 2001-834 of 12 September 2001 on the recognition of professional experience in equivalence of conditions of qualifications or diplomas Required to run for competitions and professional examinations set aside pursuant to Article 1 of Act No. 2001-2 of 3 January 2001 on the reduction of precarious employment and the modernisation of recruitment in the office Public as well as working time in the territorial civil service;

In accordance with the provisions of Article 1 of the Act of 3 January 2001 referred to above may be carried out, under the conditions laid down in this Title, for a period of five years from 4 January 2001, to the organisation of competitions for access to the bodies referred to in the Annex to the This Order, reserved for candidates fulfilling the conditions laid down in Article 1 of the said Act.
Candidates shall not May present themselves to the reserved competitions referred to in Article 1 only if they fall within or fall within the date of expiry of their last contract of the Ministry of National Education or the Ministry of Youth and Sports, of an institution Public by reporting or from a local public education institution. In addition, they may submit to a single competition or professional examination for access to a category C body organised in accordance with Article 1 of the aforementioned Law of 3 January 2001.

The Minister responsible for national education shall decide on the organisation of professional examinations and shall appoint the members of the jury.
The selection board fixes, in alphabetical order, the list of candidates admitted to the professional examination.
The successful candidates The Alphabetical List will be reviewed and listed on the basis of their appointment. They are classified in the receiving body by application of the provisions of Article 6 of the aforementioned decree of 27 January 1970.
Unfilled posts as a result of the professional examination provided for in Article 7 may be carried over to the posts which may be filled by the category C access competitions provided for in Article 1.
The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of National Education, the Minister of the Function The Minister for Youth and Sports and the Secretary of State for the Budget shall each have responsibility for the implementation of this Decree, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the Republic French.
