Seen the Safety Code Article L. 212-3 in its wording pursuant to Article 43 of Act No. 2002-73 of 17 January 2002 on social modernisation;
Having regard to Decree No. 97-1206 of 19 December 1997 adopted for the application to all ministers of 1 ° of Article 2 of Decree No. 97-34 of 15 January 1997 on the deconcentration of individual administrative decisions;
In view of the opinion of the Board of the National Child Benefit Fund of 18 December 2001;
Vu The opinion of the Board of the National Fund for Family Allowances of the Maritime Fisheries as of 23 September 1999;
In view of the advice of the Board of Directors of the National Fund for Family Allowances of Sailors of Commerce in Date of September 16, 1999,
Describes:
Article D. 212-6 of the Social Security Code is replaced by the following:
" Art. D. 212-6. -The Board of Directors of the Family Allowances Maritime Fund shall be composed as
: 1. Fifteen representatives of designated social insured persons, due to:
" -six by the General Confederation of Labour;
-four by the French Democratic Confederation of Labour;
-three by the French Confederation of Christian Workers;
" -two by the General Confederation of Labour Force.
" 2. Fifteen representatives of shipowners and self-employed workers, including:
-six representatives appointed by the Central Committee of Shipowners of France;
-three representatives of shipowners designated by the Union des shipowners à la pêche de France;
-three representatives of the self-employed designated by the General Confederation of Labour;
" -two representatives of the self-employed designated by the French Confederation of Christian Workers;
" -a representative of the self-employed designated by the French Democratic Confederation of Labour;
3. Four representatives of family associations designated by the National Union of Family
. 4. A qualified person designated by the Minister responsible for social security. "
Article D. 212-7 of the Social Security Code is repealed.
The Minister for Employment and Solidarity, the Minister for Equipment, Transport and Housing and the Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries shall each be responsible for the implementation of the This Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
