Abstract

Art. L. 213-3 of the Code of Social Security as amended by Art. 43 of Act 2002-73 of 17-01-2002 on social modernisation set up the sea fund for family allowances, resulting from the merger of the national trade mariners' family allowance fund and the national allowance fund The family of the maritime fishery. This art. Provides for the composition of the Board of Directors of the new caisse by determining the number of seats by categories of directors. This Order constitutes a measure of application of the new art. L. 212-3 of the Social Security Code, since it establishes the distribution of seats between the designated organisations within the college of social insured persons and of employers and self-employed persons. This Order retains a particular distribution as a result of the professional vocation of the credit union, and the fact that the number of seats per college is higher than that used in s. D. 231-21 of the Code of Social Security for the boards of directors of the Caisses d' Allocations familial de droit commun. This distribution is the result of the consultation between the boards of directors of the two funds involved in the merger.
