A reserved competition will be organized by the Directorate-General of the Treasury and Economic Policy for the Recruitment of Attachments Act No. 2001-2 of 3 January 2001 on the reduction of precarious employment and the modernisation of recruitment in the civil service as well as working time in the territorial civil service.


I. -Admission requirements


In addition to the general conditions required for access to public jobs in the state (French nationality, physical fitness ...), candidates for this reserved competition must complete the Specific conditions:
Candidates will be eligible to compete if they meet the eligibility requirements laid down:
-in Article 1 of Act No. 2001-2 of 3 January 2001 on the reduction of precarious employment and Modernisation of recruitment in the civil service as well as working time in the public service;
-Articles 2 and 3 of Decree No. 2002-137 of 30 January 2002.
To know, candidates may submit to the competition indicated on This notice if they fall within or under the expiration date of their last contract of the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry.
They must be able to justify or have had for at least two months during the period 12 months before 10 July 2000 the quality of the non-public servant in public law of the State.
They must also justify, on or before the closing date of the entries, a period of effective public services at least equal to Three years on a full-time basis in the last eight years.
At the latest on the date of appointment in the body, candidates will be required to have qualifications or diplomas required for the external competition for the body concerned. Failing that, candidates may obtain recognition of their professional experience in accordance with the conditions of qualifications or diplomas required by a commission set out for that purpose.
Candidates will not be able to stand for the In the same year as in a single competition for access to one body of each category. They may not present themselves in the reserved competition for access to the body of economic attaches whose tasks, as provided for by the special status of the body, fall within a category at most equal to that of the functions which they Have been exercised for a period of three years during the eight-year period.

The total number of positions offered is 30.


III. -Assignment


International: Economic missions abroad.
And National: Headquarters, DGTPE, Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry, Paris, and Regional Trade Directorates External.


IV. -Test Dates


Written eligibility proofs: 19 May 2005.
Admission oral evidence: effective June 20, 2005.


V. -Terms of registration in the competition


Applicants will be required to use the registration dossiers provided for this purpose and available either from the Sapin cell of the Human Resources Office of the Directorate-General for Treasury and Economic Policy, either by downloading the Odyssée intranet site of the DGTPE (for agents on duty) or on the Alizé intranet site of the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry.


VI. -Deadline for registration


The deadline for withdrawal on site or for download (on intranet sites) of registration files is 8 April 2005, at 6 p.m. (Paris time). The deadline for application by mail is April 8, 2005, at midnight (postmark).
The deadline for the filing of registration files is April 25, 2005, at 6 p.m. (Paris time). The deadline for mailing is April 25, 2005, at midnight (postmark).


VII. -Competition organisation, nature and programme of events


The nature and programme of the tests in this competition are defined by an order of 10 June 2003 (Official Journal of 19 June 2003).
