By Order of the Minister of Business Social, Labour and Solidarity, the Minister of Health, the Family and Disabled Persons and the Minister for Public Service, State Reform and Spatial Planning of 18 March 2003, is authorised to Title of the year 2003 the opening of a professional competition for access to the rank of administrative secretary of the central administration of exceptional class of the Ministry of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity and of the Ministry of Health, family and persons with disabilities (women and men).
The number of positions offered will be fixed at a later date.
Applications for entry must be made on a registration form issued by the Ministry of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity and the Ministry of Health, Family and Disabled.

The written test of eligibility will be held in Paris and Nantes from Thursday, June 5, 2003.
The oral admission test will take place in Paris
The composition of the jury and the list of successful candidates will be the subject of arrest by the Minister for Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity and the Minister of Health, Family and Disabled
