The Prime Minister,
On the report of the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries and the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry,
Council Regulation (EC) No 1788/2003 of 29 September 2003 establishing a levy in the milk and milk products sector;
Having regard to Commission Regulation (EC) No 595/2004 of 30 March 2004 laying down detailed rules for the application of the Regulation (EC) No 1788/2003 of the Council establishing a levy in the milk and milk products sector;
Given the rural code, in particular Articles D. 654-39 to D. 654-101;
Given the general code of the local authorities;
In view of the opinion of the ONILAIT Board of Management as of December 15, 2005,
Describes:
It is created in the regulatory part of Book VI of the Rural Code an article D. 654-88-1 thus written:
" Art. D. 654-88-1. -A joint decree of the Minister responsible for agriculture and the Minister responsible for the budget, taken after the opinion of the Governing Board of the Office responsible for milk and milk products, shall determine for each campaign, where appropriate, a grant scheme Compensation for the total or partial abandonment of milk production. "
Decree No. 2002-1353 of 12 November 2002 on the granting of compensation for the total or partial abandonment of milk production is repealed.
The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries and the Minister Delegate to the Budget and State Reform, Spokesman Of the Government, shall each have responsibility for the execution of this Decree, which shall be published in the Official Gazette of the French Republic.
