Decree No. 2005-262 of 22 March 2005 revising and supplementing the tables of occupational diseases annexed to Book IV of the Code of Social Security (second part: Orders in Council of State)

The Prime Minister,
On the report of the Minister of Solidarity, Health and Family,
Given the Social Security Code, including: Articles L. 221-4, L. 461-2 and R. 461-3;
In view of the Labour Code, in particular Articles L. 231-3 and R. 231-18;
In view of the opinions dated 14 May and 27 June 2003 of the specialised committee on occupational diseases of the Council Higher than professional risk prevention;
In view of the opinion of the Workers'Compensation and Occupational Diseases Commission of the National Health Insurance Fund for Workers' Compensation dated 15 December 2004;
The Conseil d' Etat (social section) heard,
