In view of the Order of 7 November 1977 laying down the environmental conditions for the performance of noise level measurements of aerial noise emitted by construction equipment;
Vu The order of 3 July 1979 laying down the general code of measurement relating to the air noise emitted by construction equipment and construction equipment;
In the light of the amended Order of 17 June 1987 on the permissible sound level of lawnmowers;
In view of the order of 12 May 1997 laying down the common provisions applicable to construction equipment and construction equipment;
In view of the decree of 12 May 1997 on the limitation of the sound emissions of tower cranes;
Having regard to the order of 12 May 1997 concerning the limitation of Noise emissions from motocompressors;

The provisions referred to in the following orders are no longer applicable to devices in accordance with the provisions concerning the order of 18 March 2002:
-Order of 17 June 1987 as amended The permissible sound level of lawnmowers;
-adopted on 12 May 1997 laying down the common provisions applicable to construction equipment and construction equipment;
-adopted on 12 May 1997 on the limitation of noise emissions from cranes to Tower;
-order of 12 May 1997 concerning the limitation of noise emissions from motocompressors;
-order of 12 May 1997 concerning the limitation of noise emissions of power generators;
-order of 12 May 1997 Relating to the limitation of noise emissions of welding electrode groups;
-Order of 12 May 1997 on the limitation of noise emissions from piker hammers and concrete breakers;
-Order of 12 May 1997 on limitation Sound emissions from hydraulic shovels, cable shovels, balls, loaders and film loaders.
The orders of 7 November 1977 and 3 July 1979 above are no longer applicable to devices complying with the provisions concerning the decree of 18 March 2002.
