Decree of 14 March 2002 laying down the rules of general organisation and the nature of the tests of the competitions provided for in Article 1 of Decree No. 2001-835 of 12 September 2001 establishing competitions reserved for Access to certain bodies of State officials of category A

The Prime Minister, the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of Employment and Solidarity, the Seal Guard, Minister of Justice, the Minister of the Interior, the Minister of National Education, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Minister of Defence, the Minister of Equipment, Transportation and Housing, the Minister of Culture and Communication, the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries, the Minister for Spatial Planning and the Environment, the Minister for Public Service and State Reform, the Minister of Youth and Sport and the Secretary of State Overseas,
Given the amended Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 on the rights and obligations of civil servants, Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984, as amended, amending the statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
Having regard to Act No. 2001-2 of 3 January 2001 on the reduction of precarious employment and the modernisation of recruitment in the civil service as well as working time in the territorial civil service;
Given Decree No. 2001-835 of 12 September 2001 on the organisation of competitions and professional examinations reserved for access to certain bodies of officials of the State of categories A, B and C pursuant to Article 1 of Act No. 2001-2 of 3 January 2001 on the Desorption of precarious employment and the modernisation of recruitment in the civil service as well as working time in the territorial civil service,

Item 1


Recruitment competitions for access to the Central Administrative Attachments and the Study Officers Documents referred to in the Annex to the Decree of 12 September 2001 referred to above include a written test of eligibility and an oral examination of admission.
In addition, the order opening the competition for the recruitment of studies officers Documentary may provide for the organization of a written test for additional language eligibility, in accordance with the provisions of this Order, and may add one or more languages to those mentioned in Article 9 of this Order.

Article 2


The order opening the competition may provide that candidates must provide, for oral testing, a curriculum Two pages maximum. It shall be sent by the organizing service of the competition to the chairperson of the jury at the earliest after the written test of eligibility has been released.

Article 5


At the end of the written eligibility test, the jury establishes the List of candidates allowed to take part in the oral test.

Article 6


No one can be declared eligible or admitted if he does not Participated in all the mandatory tests or if he obtained, at one of these tests, a mark of less than 5 out of 20 before applying the coefficient.

Article 7


At the end of the oral test, the selection board establishes, in order of merit, the list of ranking of candidates definitively admitted and a supplementary list. If more than one candidate has received the same number of points, priority is given to the person who scored the best mark in the oral test.

Article 11

Article 12
