Order of March 12, 2003 amending the composition of the Administrative Joint Administrative Panel with respect to civilian administrators assigned or attached to the Department of Social affairs, work and solidarity, and the Ministry of Health, Family and Disabled Persons

In the light of the amended Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 on the rights and obligations of civil servants, Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 as amended. Statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
Given the amended Decree No. 82-451 of 28 May 1982 relating to the Joint Administrative Committees;
In light of Decree No. 99-945 of 16 November 1999, as amended concerning the Staff Regulations In particular the body of civil administrators;
In light of Decree No. 2000-1222 of 14 December 2000 on the Administrative Joint Administrative Committee and the relevant ministerial administrative committees in respect of the The body of the civil administrators;
In view of the decree of 23 October 1967 establishing at the central administration of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs a joint administrative committee responsible for the civil administrators affected or Attached to headquarters;
On the proposal of the Director of General Administration, Personnel and Budget, and the Director of General Administration and Service Modernization,

Article 1

Article 2 of the decree of 23 October 1967 is replaced by the following:
" Art. 2. - The commission set out in the preceding article is composed as follows:

Article 2

The order of 7 January 2003 extending the mandate of staff representatives and administration representatives to the Joint Administrative Committee Competent in respect of civil administrators assigned or attached to the Ministry of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity and to the Ministry of Health, Family and Disabled Persons shall remain in effect until the effective date Fixing the nominative composition of the new Joint Administrative Committee and no later than 30 June 2003 inclusive.

Article 3

The Director of General Administration, Personnel and Budget is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
