The monthly amount of the function allowance allocated to the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Medical Accident Compensation Board, iatrogenic and Nosocomial Infections Is set at EUR 1 300.
The alternate chairman shall receive an allowance of EUR 106 per meeting effectively chaired.
The amount of compensation received by the chair of the regional commission for the conciliation and compensation of medical accidents, iatrogenic and nosocomial infections, when not On secondment to the National Agency for the Compensation of Medical Accidents, Iatrogenic Conditions and Nosocomial Infections, shall be set at EUR 106 per half-day of effective chairmanship of a committee
. Indemnified under the same conditions.
When their participation in committee meetings results in loss of income for other members of the Commission or their alternates, allowances shall be awarded to them under the following conditions
a) Employed members shall receive an allowance equivalent to the loss of wages incurred as a result of their participation in the meetings of the Commission, upon presentation of an attestation by their employer, mentioning the amount of the Salary deduction;
(b) A lump-sum allowance of 180 EUR per half-day of effective participation in the meetings of the above committee shall be paid to members who are self-employed.
Mediators receive a 50 EUR vacation when the duration of the conciliation procedure is less than or equal to fifteen days, EUR 100 when the duration is more than 15 days and less than or Equal to one month and 150 EUR when it is more than one month.
The Director of Social Security at the Ministry of Health, Family and Disabled Persons and the Director of the Budget in the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry are responsible for each Concerning the execution of this Decree, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
