On the report of the Minister of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity,
In the light of Article D. 129-11 of the Work;
In view of Decree No. 2001-1203 of 17 December 2001 adapting the value in euros of certain amounts expressed in francs,

In Article D. 129-11 of the Labour Code, the amount: " 400 euros " Is replaced by the amount: " 480 euros ".
