Having regard to the decree of 17 June 2002 on the composition of the Government;
Having regard to Decree No. 2002-983 of 12 July 2002 on the powers of the Minister for Equipment, transportation, housing, tourism and the sea;
In light of the Order in Council dated March 1, 2003 appointing the Director of Traffic Safety and Traffic;
In view of the Order of March 14, 1986, as amended to organize the Direction of road safety and traffic;
Given the March 11, 2003 signing delegation order,
Describes:
In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr Rémy Heitz, Director of Road Safety and Traffic, Delegation is given to Mr. Yves Robichon, General Engineer of Bridges and Footwear, Deputy Director, to sign, within the limits of his duties and on behalf of the Minister of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea, all Acts, orders, decisions, contracts, agreements and endorsements relating to the expenditure of the Directorate of Safety and Road Traffic, and in particular the orders of mission within the limit of appropriations opened on the budget line, to the exclusion Public contracts, decrees, commitments or expenditure orders exceeding EUR 22 867 353.
In case Mr. Rémy Heitz, Director of Traffic Safety and Traffic, delegation is given to Mr. Régis Rioufol, Chief Engineer of Bridges and Pavements, to Mr. Bernard Gauvin, Mine Engineer, Mr. Jean Chapelon, chief engineer of the bridges and pavements, and Mr. Francis Oziol, chief engineer of the bridges and pavements, to sign on behalf of the Minister of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea and within the limits of the duties Who are entrusted to them, all acts, orders, decisions, contracts, agreements and endorsements, excluding public contracts and mission orders, decrees, commitments or expenditure orders exceeding EUR 22 867 353.
In the absence or inability of Mr. Rémy Heitz, Director of Traffic Safety and Traffic, and Mr. Régis Rioufol, the chief engineer of the bridges and pavements, the delegation provided for in Article 2 is vested, within the limits of the powers entrusted to it, to Mr Didier Colin, engineer of the bridges and roads, directly under the authority of Mr Régis Rioufol.
In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr. Rémy Heitz, Director of Road Safety and Traffic, and Mr Francis Oziol, the chief engineer of the bridges and roads, the delegation provided for in Article 2 is vested, within the limits of the powers entrusted to it, to Mr Alain Laurenceau, contract, directly under the authority of Mr Francis Oziol.
The Minister of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea is responsible for the execution of the This Decree shall be published in the Official Gazette of the French Republic.
