Vu Decree No. 2002-983 of 12 July 2002 on the powers of the Minister of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea;
In view of the decree of 16 March 1998 amending the organisation and duties of the Directorate-General Town Planning, Habitat and Construction;
In view of the May 17, 2002 signing delegation order,

Article 2 of the decree of 17 May 2002 reads as follows:
" Art. 2. - In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr. François Delarue, Director General of Town Planning, Habitat and Construction, and Ms. Nicole Klein, Director, Assistant to the Director General of Town Planning, Habitat and Construction, Delegation shall be given to sign, on behalf of the Minister for equipment, transport, accommodation, tourism and the sea and within the limits of the powers entrusted to them, not all acts or decisions of a regulatory nature Or in principle and all contracts, contracts and endorsements, excluding Orders in Council:
A MM. Colas Durrleman and Olivier Piron, heads of service, directly under the authority of Mr. Delarue and Ms. Klein;
A MM. Pierre-Denis Coux, Claude Gallant and Manuel Leconte, Deputy Directors, and Mme Aude Debreil, Marie-Claire Grima and Brigitte Phémolant, sous-guideline.
This Order shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
