Order of 26 February 2003 amending the order of 28 December 1999 concerning the designation of origin High-quality Delimited Wine " Quercy Coteaux "

The Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, the Minister Delegate to the Budget and Budget Reform, and the Minister Secretary of State for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, Trade, Crafts, Liberal Professions and Consumer Affairs,
In the light of Council Regulation (EC) No 1493/1999 of 17 May 1999 on the common organisation of the market in wine and the Regulations made for its application;
In view of the general tax code;
Due to the customs code;
Due to the rural code;
Given the code of consumption;
In light of Decree No. 60-1284 of 30 November 1960 on the limited wines of the Superior quality;
In view of Decree No. 2001-510 of 12 June 2001 on the application of the Consumer Code in respect of wines, sparkling wines, sparkling wines and liqueurs wines;
In view of the Decree of 28 December 1999 concerning The appellation of origin High quality Delimited wine " Coteaux du Quercy " ;
In the opinion of the National Wine and Life Committee of the National Institute of Appellations of Origin on 4 and 5 September 2002,
Stop:

Article 1

In the second paragraph of section 1 of Article 2 of the decree of December 28, 1999, the dates: " Of 27 and May 28, 1998 " Are replaced by the dates: " September 9 and 10, 1999 ".

Item 2

The Director of Economic Policy and To the Ministry of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, the Director General of Competition, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Prevention and the Director General of Customs and Indirect Rights at the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry shall each have responsibility for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
