The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry and the Minister of Health, Family and Disability Issues,
Seen the code of the Public health, and in particular Article L. 6141-1;
Given the amended Act No. 86-33 of 9 January 1986 laying down statutory provisions relating to the hospital public service;
Having regard to Decree No. 2000-231 of 13 March 2000 on conditions Appointment and promotion in certain functional jobs in the hospital public service;
Having regard to Decree No. 2000-232 of 13 March 2000 on the special status of the ranks and jobs of the staff of the institutions Referred to in Article 2 (1 °, 2 ° and 3 °) of the amended Act No. 86-33 of 9 January 1986 laying down statutory provisions relating to the hospital public service;
Having regard to the order of 6 September 1978, as amended fixing the rate of compensation for Responsibility for the management staff of the establishments listed in Article 2 (1 °, 2 ° and 3 °) of the aforementioned Law No. 86-33 of 9 January 1986,

Article 2


The Director of Hospitalization and Care Organization at the Ministry of Health, Family and Disabled Persons and the Director of the Budget in the Ministry of Economy, The financial and industrial sectors shall each have responsibility for the execution of this Order, to be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
