Order of 26 February 2004 fixing for the year 2003 the annual rates of responsibility allowance assigned to the body of the heads of public service social and medical institutions Hospital

The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, and the Minister of Health, Family and Disability,
Given the code of Social action and families;
In light of the amended Act No. 86-33 of 9 January 1986 laying down statutory provisions relating to the hospital public service;
Having regard to Decree No. 2002-345 of 12 March 2002 establishing an indemnity for Responsibility for the body of the heads of social and medico-social institutions in the hospital public service,
Stop:

Item 1
The annual rates of the liability allowance assigned to the heads of social and medico-social institutions of the hospital public service are set as follows, for the year 2003, in Function of the class to which the recipient belongs:

The maximum rate increased can be as high as 8 EUR 167.40 for functional jobs.
