Having regard to Decree No. 2001-493 of 6 June 2001 for the application of Article 4 of Act No. 78-753 of 17 July 1978 relating to the procedures for the communication of documents Administrative;
In view of Decree No. 2002-834 of 2 May 2002 concerning the assimilation of revenue collected for the remuneration of certain services rendered by the Ministry of Equipment, Transport and Housing and of the product Various non-tax revenues;
In light of Decree No. 2002-835 of 2 May 2002 concerning the remuneration of certain services rendered by the Ministry of Equipment, Transport and Housing;
Having regard to the Order of 28 May 1993 on Rate of compensation of liability which may be allocated to the imprest administrators and the revenue administrators of the public bodies and the amount of the guarantee imposed on those agents, as amended by the decree of 3 September 2001 on Adaptation of the value in euro of certain amounts expressed in francs (regulatory provisions resulting from orders: Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry);
In view of the decree of 16 March 1998 establishing a governance of Revenue from the headquarters of the Department of Equipment, Transportation and Housing on behalf of the Town Planning, Habitat and Construction Branch, as amended by the Order of February 9, 2001;
In view of the Order Of 1 October 2001 concerning the conditions for fixing and determining the amount of the costs of copying an administrative document;
Having regard to the decree of 27 December 2001 on the threshold for the guarantee waiver of the imprest administrators and the Revenue stewards,
Stop:
Article 1 of the decree of 16 March 1998 read as follows:
" Art. 1. -It is hereby established at the headquarters of the Ministry of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea on behalf of the General Directorate for Town Planning, Habitat and Construction, a revenue authority for Cashing products from:
" 1 ° Assignment of documents or data developed, held or maintained by the Ministry of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea, regardless of the medium used, or Reproduction or broadcast rights attached to it;
" 2 ° Reproduction and provision of administrative documents or information documents. "
Article 3 of the above-mentioned Order of 16 March 1998 reads as follows:
" Art. 3. - The revenue referred to in Article 1 shall be allocated to the relevant section of the budget of the Ministry of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea by means of competition funds, pursuant to Decree No. 2002-834 of 2 May 2002 Above, where transfers are made on behalf of third parties and by reinstatement of credits where transfers are made on behalf of other State services. "
The Director General of Public Accounts in the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry and the The Director of Financial Affairs and the General Administration in the Ministry of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea shall each have responsibility for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
