Order of 25 February 2003 fixing for the financial year 2001 the balances of compensation in respect of insurance against accidents at work and occupational diseases referred to in Articles L. 134-7 to L. 134-11 of the Social Security Code

The Minister of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity, the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry and the Minister of Agriculture, food, fishing and rural affairs,
Given the social security code, and in particular Articles L. 134-7 to L. 134-11 and D. 134-42 to D. 134-46;
Given the rural code, in particular Chapter I of Title III of the Book VII;
In view of the opinion of the Committee on Accidents at Work and Occupational Diseases dated 19 February 2003,
Stop:

Article 1


For the financial year 2001, the balances of the compensation referred to in Articles L. 134-7 to L. 134-11 of the Safety Code Social are fixed as follows:



Positive balance of the general scheme 107 772 061 EUR Negative balance owing to the farmer's regime 104 256 017 EUR Negative balance due to the scheme of the Agricultural workers in the Bas-Rhin, the Haut-Rhin and the Moselle 3 516 044 EUR

Article 2


As compensation for the financial year 2002, the general scheme shall pay to the two agricultural schemes concerned, at the beginning of each quarter of 2003, instalments equal to one quarter of the amounts referred to in Article 1.

Article 3


Taking into account the progress payments made for the year 2001 pursuant to article D. 134-44 of the Social Security Code:
La Caisse centrale de la mutualité sociale agricole Pays EUR 1 198 300 to the National Health Insurance Fund for Workers'Compensation;
The National Fund for Workers' Health Insurance pays EUR 30 611 to the system of agricultural workers in the Bas-Rhin, the Haut-Rhin and the Moselle.

Article 4


Budget Director, Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry, Director of Security The Ministry of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity and the Director of Operations, Social Policy and Employment in the Ministry of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs are responsible, Each in respect of the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
