ACT No. 2007-301 of 5 March 2007 authorising the approval of the Additional Protocol to the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data Concerning Control authorities and cross-border data flows (1)

The National Assembly and the Senate have adopted,
The President of the Republic enacts the following:

Sole Article

Approval of the Additional Protocol to the Convention for the Protection of Persons in Respect of Automatic processing of personal data concerning supervisory authorities and transborder data flows, done in Strasbourg on 8 November 2001, and whose text is annexed to this Law (2).
This Law shall be Executed as a state law.
