By order of the Minister of Youth, The National Education and Research and the Minister of the Public Service, State Reform and Spatial Planning of 24 February 2003, the Decree of 31 December 2002 authorising the opening of the Competition for the recruitment of administrative assistants for the decentralised services is amended as follows:
