Decree of 1 March 2003 appointing the Inter-ministerial Delegate on Road Safety

The President of the Republic,
On the report of the Prime Minister and the Minister of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea,
Vu Article 13 of the Constitution;
In light of the amended Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 on the rights and obligations of civil servants, Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984, as amended laying down statutory provisions relating to the function State, in particular Article 25 thereof;
In view of Decree No. 75-360 of 15 May 1975, as amended by Decree No. 82-355 of 21 April 1982 concerning the inter-ministerial Committee on Road Safety;
In light of Decree No. 85-779 of 24 July 1985 Applying section 25 of Act No. 84-16 of January 11, 1984, establishing the higher jobs for which appointments are left to the decision of the Government;
The Council of Ministers heard,
Awards:

Item 1


Mr. Rémy Heitz is appointed interdepartmental delegate to road safety, replacing Isabelle Massin, Called to other functions.

Item 2


The Prime Minister and the Minister of Equipment, Transportation, Housing, Tourism And the sea is responsible, as far as it is concerned, for the application of this Decree, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
