In light of Decree No. 67-1007 of 15 November 1967 relating to the marketing of Wines with an appellation of origin;
In view of Decree No. 2001-510 of 12 June 2001 on the application of the Consumer Code in respect of wines, sparkling wines, sparkling wines and liqueurs wines;
In view of Decree No. 2001-1163 of 7 December 2001 2001 on the analytical and organoleptic examinations of wines with a controlled designation of origin;
In the opinion of the National Wine and Life Committee of the National Institute of Appellations of Origin of 5 and 6 September 2001 and of 4 and 5 September 2002,
Describes:
In Article 1-1 of the Decree of 15 November 1967 referred to above, the list of registered appellations of origin shall be supplemented by the following name: Côtes du Roussillon blanc et rosé ".
In Article 2 of the aforementioned decree of 15 November 1967, the list of controlled appellations of origin is amended as follows:
The words: " Gaillac (wines from the only gamay N grape) " Are replaced by the word : " Gaillac ".
Article 3 of the aforementioned decree of 15 November 1967 is repealed.
The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, the Minister Delegate to the Budget and Budget Reform, and the Minister Secretary of State for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, Commerce, Handicrafts, Liberal Professions and Consumer Affairs are each responsible for the execution of this Decree, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
