In view of Act No. 2003-1199 of 18 December 2003 for the financing of social security for 2004;
In view of the opinion of the Board of the National Fund for Family Allowances of 10 December 2003 February 2004;
The Conseil d' Etat (social section) heard,
Describes:
For the application of the first subparagraph of Article R. 524-3 of the Code of Social Security, no allowance shall be taken of the allowance for young children allocated under Article L. 531-1 of the same Code, nor shall they be taken into account. Assistance to the family for the employment of an accredited maternal assistant allocated under Article L. 841-1 of the same Code, in the drafting of the latter two articles prior to the entry into force of the aforementioned Act of 18 December 2003.
The provisions of this Order apply as of January 1, 2004.
The Minister of Finance and Industry, the Minister of Health, Family and Disability, the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, Minister Delegate to the Budget and Budget Reform and the Minister Delegate to the Family, each as far as it is concerned, are responsible for the execution of this Decree, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
