Decree No. 2006-227 of 24 February 2006 on the organisation of careers of category C hospital officials

The Prime Minister,
On the report of the Minister of Health and Solidarity, the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry and the Minister
the light of the amended Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 on the rights and obligations of civil servants, the amended Act No. 86-33 of 9 January 1986 amending the statutory provisions relating to the civil service Hospital;

Describes:

  • TITLE I: PERMANENT PROVISIONS Item 1


    Grades classified in pay scales 3, 4 and 5 Created by Decree No. 2006-228 of 24 February 2006 establishing different scales of remuneration for category C hospital officials and the body of workshop monitors each has ten echelons.

    Article 2


    The average duration and minimum duration of time spent in each of the ranks and jobs classified in the scales of Category C remuneration as follows:

    Article 3


    Category C officials in grades with pay scales 3, 4 and 5 that are classified by the application of the statutory rules at one of the ranks Same ladders and workshop monitors are maintained in their new rank at the level in which they had reached their previous rank.
    Interested parties retain, within the limits of the average length of service required for Access to the upper echelon of the new grade, the seniority of the rank they had acquired in their previous rank.

    Article 4


    Other employees appointed to one of the ranks with pay ranges 3, 4, 5 or in the body of shop assistants who were previously in grades or jobs with a different index scale are classified in Their new rank at a level with an index equal to or immediately above that which they held in their previous situation.     Item 5

    Article 6


    The provisions of I and II of Article 5 are neither cumulative nor cumulative with those of Articles 3 and 4.

    Article 12


    Decree No. 88-1081 of 30 November 1988 amending general statutory provisions applicable to hospital officials in categories C and D Is repealed.
    In all statutory and regulatory texts, the reference to Decree No. 88-1081 is replaced by the reference to Decree No. 2006-227 of 24 February 2006 concerning the organisation of careers of hospital officials in Category C.

    Article 13


    The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of Health and Solidarity, the Minister of the Public Service and the Minister responsible for the budget and the reform of the State, a spokesman for the Government, shall each have responsibility for the implementation of this Decree, which shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic French
