In the absence or incapacity of Ms. Marie-Françoise Guilhemsans, Director, Head of the Business Unit Legal, delegation is given to Danielle Gozard, Deputy Director, and Mr. Pierre Pelissier, Senior Civilian Administrator, to sign, on behalf of the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, with the exception of Decrees, acts, orders and decisions, transactions and conventions relating to the service of legal affairs.
In the event of the absence or incapacity of Ms. Marie-Françoise Guilhemsans and Danielle Gozard and Mr. Pierre Pelissier, Ms. Myriam Mattlin and Ms. Françoise Bordes, Headquarters, Mr. Olivier Nicolardot, Administrative Attaché Ms. Isabelle Tison, a veterinary public health inspector, and Mr. François Darribehaude, a contracting officer, were delegated to sign, on behalf of the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, all Briefs in defence and in the context of disputes arising out of the central dispute of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs and all acts of management of the appropriations of the Legal Affairs Department.
In the absence or incapacity of Ms. Marie-Françoise Guilhemsans and Danielle Gozard and Mr. Pierre Pelissier, Mr. Patrice Larde, Senior Central Administration Officer, has delegated to sign, on behalf of the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, all acts of credit management in the legal affairs department.
The Order-in-Council of November 7, 2003 with the signature delegation is repealed.
The Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs is responsible for the implementation of this Decree, which will be published in the Journal Official of the French Republic.
