Describes:
The presence of personnel serving in continuous service at the beacon guard and beacons is:
177 days, which is 4,248 hours, per year and per agent, for personnel assigned to land;
164 days, or 3,936 hours, per year and By agent, for personnel assigned at sea.
These durations are equivalent to an effective working time of 1,600 hours, calculated taking into account nightime, Sunday and holiday work enhancements
Time The presence of personnel assigned to the operation of locks on inland waterways and subject to service obligations during the entire opening period of those works to navigation is 2,500 hours per year and per agent, corresponding To a weekly average of 55 hours.
This duration is equivalent to an effective working time of 1,600 hours.
This equivalence regime is maintained until December 31, 2004.
The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of Equipment, Transportation and Housing, the Minister of the Public Service and The reform of the State and the Secretary of State for the budget are responsible, each as far as it is concerned, for the implementation of this Decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic
