Order of 15 February 2002 approving the constituent agreement of a public interest group

By order of the Minister of Youth As well as sports and the Secretary of State for the budget of 15 February 2002, the constitutive convention of the public interest group known as ' Paris 2003 Saint-Denis " For the organization of the 9th World Championships in Athletics was approved.

    Members


    Public Interest Grouping " Paris 2003 Saint-Denis " Consists of the following members:
    -the state (including the Ministry of Youth and Sports);
    -Ile-de-France region;
    -the department of Seine-Saint-Denis;
    -the community of agglomerations " Common Plain " ;
    -the city of Paris;
    -the city of Saint-Denis;
    -the French Athletics Federation ;
    -the French National Olympic and Sports Committee.


    Object


    Cluster " Paris 2003 Saint-Denis ", hereinafter referred to as" the The purpose of grouping, is to prepare and organise, to finance and To promote the 9th IAAF World Championships in Athletics in 2003.
    The group will be able to organise accompanying animations in conjunction with the World Championships in Athletics.


    Headquarters


    The seat of the group is fixed at the house of the RATP, 54, quai de la Rapée, 75599 Paris Cedex 12.
    It can be transferred to any other place in Ile-de-France following a deliberation of the general meeting.


    Duration


    The grouping ends on or before March 31, 2004
