Order of 16 February 2005 amending the decree of 20 December 2004 laying down the organisational arrangements and the professional selection tests for the establishment of the promotion table at the grade of Information and communication systems divisional controller

The Minister of the Interior, Internal Security and Local Freedoms and the Minister of Public Service and State Reform,
In view of the amended Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 on the rights and obligations of civil servants, Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984, as amended, amending the statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
In view of Decree No. 94-1014 of 18 November 1994 laying down the common statutory provisions applicable to various bodies of officials of category B, in particular Article 11 thereof, Title II;
Having regard to Decree No. 2000-798 of 24 August 2000 on the special status of the Body of the controllers of the information and communication systems of the Ministry of the Interior, internal security and local freedoms;
In view of the decree of 20 December 2004 laying down the organisational arrangements and the selection tests As a professional for the establishment of the information and communication systems promotion board at the divisional level,
