The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry and the Minister of Public Service and Government Reform,

In light of Order in Council No. 2001-159 February 19, 2001, relating to the compensation plan for directors of studies and internships of the regional administrative institute,

Stop:

Art. 1. -The annual amount of compensation provided for in Article 1 of the Decree of 19 February 2001 shall be set at 60 000 F.

Art. 2. - The decree of 16 January 1979 on lump sum payments for additional work allocated to certain administrative staff with external services is repealed.

Art. 3. - The Director General of the Administration and the Public Service shall be responsible for the execution of this Order, which shall take effect from 1 January 2001 and shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
