Order dated February 14, 2007 extending the Agreement for a Public Interest Grouping

By Order of the Minister of Business Foreign Minister and the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry dated February 14, 2007, is hereby approved of the Agreement for the Extension of the Public Interest Grouping " Foreign Press Reception Centre (CAPE) ".
The Controller Economic and financial general with respect to the cinema and cultural operators is appointed Economic and Financial Controller General to the Grouping.
The convention of extension may be consulted by any person interested in the seat of the Extracts
the Convention of Continuance are published in the Official Journal of the French Republic in accordance with Article 1 of Decree No. 2000-1290 of 26 December 2000 on the Public interest group established pursuant to Article 90 of Act No. 2000-719 of 1 August 2000 amending Act No. 86-1067 of 30 September 1986 on freedom of communication.

    The name of the grouping is " The Visitor Reception Centre Foreign press (CAPE) ".


    Object


    The Foreign Press Reception Centre is responsible for a public service mission in support of the press and contributes to the attractiveness of France. Its purpose is to ensure the reception and orientation of journalists in France and to facilitate their work. It organises communication or information activities on national, European and international events.


    Members


    The grouping consists of:
    1. The State, represented by:
    The Minister of Foreign Affairs;
    The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry;
    The Minister of Employment, Social Cohesion and Housing;
    The Minister of Health and Solidarity ;
    The Minister of National Education, Higher Education and Research;
    The Minister of Defence;
    The Minister of Culture and Communication;
    The Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries; and
    The Minister of Youth, sports and community life;
    The Minister of Tourism; and
    The Director of the Government Information Service.
    2. The following journalists' associations:

    Association des femmes journalistes (AFJ);
    Association des journalistes de l' habitat et de la ville;
    Association des journalistes de l' information religions;
    Association des journalistes de l' information sociale (AJIS);
    Association des journalistes de l' environnement (AJE);

    Association de la presse Diplomatic française (APDF);
    Association Foreign press (APE);
