Decree of 6 February 2003 appointing the Director of the#039; Central Agency of Social Security Bodies

The President of the Republic,
On the report of the Prime Minister, the Minister for Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity, the Minister of the Economy, Finance and Industry, Minister of Health, Family and Disability and Minister Delegate to Budget and Budget Reform,
In view of the Social Security Code, and in particular Articles L. 226-1 and R. 225-6;
In view of the amended Act No. 83-64 of 13 July 1983 on the rights and obligations of civil servants, Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984, as amended, amending the statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
In view of Decree No. 85-834 of 6 August 1985 concerning appointments to the executive positions of certain public establishments, public undertakings and national corporations and amending Decree No. 59-587 of 29 April 1959 as amended;
Having regard to the decree of 16 January 2003 Terminating the duties of the Director of the Central Agency of Social Security Organizations;
In the opinion of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Central Agency of Social Security Organizations;

Mr. Frédéric Van Roekeghem, Chief Armaments Engineer, is appointed Director of the Central Agency Agency

Article 2


The Prime Minister, the Minister for Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity, the Minister The Minister of Health, the Minister of Health, the Family and the Disabled, and the Minister for Budget and Budget Reform are responsible for the implementation of the present Decree, which will be published in the Official Gazette of the French Republic.
