Given law No. 83 - 64 of July 13, 1983, amended with rights and obligations of officials, all the amended Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 bringing statutory provisions on the public service of the State;
Considering Decree No. 85-834 of 6 August 1985 on appointments to jobs at the direction of certain public institutions, public companies and companies national and amending Decree No. 59-587 of 29 April 1959 changed;
Seen the Decree of 16 January 2003 with cessation of functions of the Director of the Central Agency for social security bodies;
See notice of the president of the Board of Directors of the Central Agency for social security bodies;
The Council of Ministers heard, decrees: Article 1 Mr. Frédéric Van Roekeghem, engineer in Chief of armament, was appointed Director of the Central Agency for social security bodies.


Article 2 the Prime Minister, the Minister of Social Affairs, labour and solidarity, the Minister of economy, finance and industry, the Minister of health, family and the disabled, and the Minister delegate for the budget and budget reform are responsible, each in which case, the application of the present Decree which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
