Describes:
In case of absence or incapacity of Mr. Jean-Marie Aurand, delegation is given to Ms. Odile Bobenriether, Head of To sign, on behalf of the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, except Orders in Council, all acts, orders and decisions, within the limits of the powers entrusted to it.
In case of absence or incapacity of Mr. Jean-Marie Aurand, MM. Olivier Morzelle and Gilles Burban, the chief engineers of rural engineering, water and forestry, have signed, on behalf of the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, with the exception of the decrees, all acts, Orders and decisions, within the limits of the powers assigned to them.
In the event of absence or incapacity of Messrs. Jean-Marie Aurand and Olivier Morzelle, Mr Patrick Brindejont, contractual agent, on behalf of the Minister for Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, to sign, with the exception of the decrees, all acts, orders and Decisions, within the limits of the powers entrusted to it.
In case of absence or incapacity of MM. Jean-Marie Aurand and Olivier Morzelle, MM. Patrick Bourguet and Denis Chabanel, contract agents, have delegated to sign, on behalf of the Minister for Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs and within the limits of the powers entrusted to them, the documents Expenses, collection titles and order letters.
In case of absence or incapacity of MM. Jean-Marie Aurand and Olivier Morzelle, MM. Frédéric Damiens, Chief Inspector of Veterinary Public Health, and Rémi Laforest, Central Administrative Attaché, have signed, on behalf of the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, to The exception of Orders in Council, all acts, orders and decisions, within the limits of their assigned duties.
In case Absence or incapacity of Messrs. Jean-Marie Aurand and Gilles Burban, Mme Sylvie Terraillot, engineer in chief of rural engineering, waters and forests, Mr. François Mauvais, engineer for rural work, and Mr. Gilbert Pernin, Head of Mission, delegation to sign on behalf of the Minister Of agriculture, food, fishing and rural affairs, with the exception of decrees, acts, orders and decisions, within the limits of the powers entrusted to them.
In case of absence or incapacity of MM. Jean-Marie Aurand, Constant Lecoeur, Jean Larcher de la Villosoye, Mrs Martine Henry and Mr Roger Lux, Ms Prisca Tolentino, Administrative Secretary of Central Administration, Delegation to sign on behalf of the Minister of Agriculture, Food, fishing and rural affairs, all acts relating to the recruitment and management of contractual staff of private agricultural education establishments, in the framework of Decree No. 89-406 of 20 June 1989 on contracts Linking the State and the teachers of the institutions referred to in Article 4 of Law No. 84-1285 of 31 December 1984 on the reform of relations between the State and private agricultural educational institutions, as well as all acts relating to the Management of job loss benefits.

Jean-Marie Aurand and Philippe de Chazeaux, Mrs Rose-Marie Tenaud, Contracting Officer, on behalf of the Minister for Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, with the exception of the decrees, all acts, orders And decisions, within the limits of the powers entrusted to it.
In case of absence or incapacity of MM. Jean-Marie Aurand, Philippe de Chazeaux and Mme Rose-Marie Tenaud, Ms. Clotilde Norguet, Central Administrative Officer, Delegation to sign, on behalf of the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, to The exception of orders, acts, orders and decisions, within the limits of the powers entrusted to it.
In case Absence or incapacity of Messrs. Jean-Marie Aurand, Philippe de Chazeaux and Pierrick Daniel, Mr. Patrick Legeay, Chief Technical Officer of the Ministry of Agriculture, Delegation to sign on behalf of the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Business Rural, with the exception of decrees, acts, orders and decisions, within the limits of the powers entrusted to it.
The Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs is responsible for the implementation of this Decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
