Decree of 21 January 2004 authorising the opening of competitions for the recruitment of administrative assistants for decentralised services in 2004.

By order of the Minister of Youth, National Education and Research and the Minister of Public Service, State Reform and Spatial Planning of 21 January 2004, irrespective of the legislative and regulatory provisions relating to jobs Reserved for beneficiaries of the Code of military invalidity pensions and victims of war and disabled workers and victims of acts of terrorism, is authorised for the year 2004 the opening of external and internal competitions For the recruitment of administrative assistants from the decentralised services in the general administration specialty.
The academies and the vice-rectorate organizing these competitions are:
External Competitions: Aix-Marseille, Amiens, Besançon, Bordeaux, Clermont-Ferrand, Créteil, Dijon, Grenoble, Lille, Lyon, Montpellier, Nancy-Metz, Nantes, Nice, Orléans-Tours, Paris, Poitiers, Reims, Rennes, Toulouse and Versailles;
Competitions: Aix-Marseille, Amiens, Besançon, Bordeaux, Clermont-Ferrand, Créteil, Dijon, Grenoble, Lille, Lyon, Montpellier, Nancy-Metz, Nantes, Nice, Orléans-Tours, Paris, Poitiers, Reims, Rennes, Rouen, Toulouse, Versailles and New Caledonia.
The total number of posts offered to Internal and external recruitment competitions is set at 1,192. These positions are allocated as follows:
External Competitions: 596;
Internal Competition: 596.
In addition, 375 posts will be offered to beneficiaries of the Code of Military Disability and War Victims Victims of terrorist acts, and 100 posts will be offered under the legislation on disabled workers. Posts not filled by disabled workers will be deferred on a contractual basis. Positions not filled by contract will be added to the jobs to be filled by competition.
The dates for the opening and closing of the entries, the dates of the tests, the composition of the juries and the list of candidates authorized to The competition will be subject to the arrest of rectors and vice-presidents in each of the academies and vice-rectors concerned.
