Order of 31 December 2001 concerning the types of national sides of euro coins denominated in euro for circulation

The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry,
In light of Decree No. 2001-1372 of 31 December 2001 on the national sides of coins French currency denominated in euro for circulation,
Stop:

Article 1


The types of national sides of euro coins denominated in euro for circulation are Compliant:
-the so-called " The Tree ", inscribed in a hexagon, executed by Mr Joaquin Jimenez and deposited in the administration of the Coins and medals, for the coins of two euros and one euro;
-to the so-called" model of " The Semeuse " Modernised, executed by Mr Laurent Jorio according to Oscar Roty and deposited in the administration of the Mint and medals, for the 50 cent coins, twenty centimes and ten centimes;
-the so-called "new model" Marianne ", executed By Miss Fabienne Courtiade and deposited in the administration of the Coins and Medals, for the five-cent coins, two centimes and one cent.
All eight faces bore the vintage, the letters RF, the name of the author and the twelve Star of Europe. The faces of the two euro coins and one euro shall also bear the currency of the Republic " Freedom, Equality, Fraternity.

Article 2


The Mint Director and Medals are responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
