Lays down On the Law of the Council (175/2003) Pursuant to paragraph 2:

Chapter 1

General provisions

ARTICLE 1
Scope

Organisation

ARTICLE 2

§ 33
Power of Head of Department

§ 34
Opinion of the Head of the Administrative Department of the Government

ARTICLE 35
Power of Head of Unit

ARTICLE 37

ARTICLE 38
Use of appropriations

In accordance with the decision of the Secretary of State, the appropriations allocated to the internal budget shall be determined by the Head of the Department, Head of Unit, Policy Director, Head of Unit or Group Chief.

ARTICLE 39
Initiation, appointments and opinions

The Secretary of State, the Minister, the Secretary of State for the Prime Minister's term of office or the Deputy Secretary of State, may set up projects and working groups for specific preparatory tasks.

It will be decided by the Prime Minister, Minister, Prime Minister, Prime Minister or under-Secretary of State, depending on the appointment of representatives of the institutions. ARTICLE 40

ARTICLE 41
Appointment

ARTICLE 42

ARTICLE 43
Travel

ARTICLE 45

§ 47
Other application of the provisions

What is laid down in these Rules of Procedure shall apply mutatis mutandis to the Director of the Administrative Unit for the Development of the Administrative Service of the Council of State, unless otherwise provided for in these Rules.

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 March 2015.
