Under the decision of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, the law on the control of organic production (12/04/2015) Pursuant to:

ARTICLE 1

Implementation

This Regulation lays down more detailed provisions on the control of organic production (294/2015) And the technical details and facts submitted to the Member States for a decision.

ARTICLE 2

Definitions

For the purposes of this Regulation:

(1) Council Regulation Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 on organic production and labelling of organic products and repealing Regulation 2092/91;

(2) Implementing regulation Laying down detailed rules for the application of Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 on organic production and labelling of organic products as regards organic production, labelling and control Commission Regulation (EC) No 889/2008.

ARTICLE 3

Operators not required to report to the control system

Operator engaged only in retail trade and which keeps trade in organic agricultural products, food, feed, alcoholic beverages, sowing seeds and planting material directly to the final consumer or to the end user, Need to register with the organic production control system referred to in Article 18 of the Law on the control of organic production. The condition for this is that the operator:

(1) does not store the above products outside the point of sale;

2) do not produce, prepare or import them from a third country;

3) has not given any such action to a third party.

§ 4

The empty grip of the poultry yards

The outdoor yard referred to in Article 23 (5) of the implementing Regulation shall be kept empty for at least two months after each batch of poultry reared. However, this requirement shall not apply to a demarcated area immediately outside the outlet of the building if the vessel in question is regularly replaced or cleaned.

§ 5

Beekeeping

In accordance with Article 13 (2) of the implementing Regulation, apiculture may not be carried out in areas which are less than three kilometres away from the sugar factory, the landfill, the waste incineration plant or the road Over 6 000 vehicles per day.

ARTICLE 6

Use of household waste as a fertiliser

Composted or fermented household waste from a closed and controlled collection system referred to in the fifth indent of Annex I to the Executive Regulation may be used as a fertiliser for organic production. The household waste is also considered as waste originating from a major vehicle or a catering company.

§ 7

Criteria for calculating livestock units

The criteria for calculating the livestock units used in the application of Article 27 of the Law on the control of organic production are laid down in Annex 1 to this Regulation.

§ 8

Supervisory Authority identification number

The identification numbers of the supervisory authorities referred to in Article 17 (10) of the Council Regulation, as referred to in Article 17 of the Law on the control of organic production, are given in Annex 2 to this Regulation.

§ 9

Entry into force

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 May 2015.

This Regulation repeals the Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry on organic production, labelling and control of organic products (1046/2008) With its subsequent modifications.
