Decree of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health on the basis for calculating the cost of calculating the pension fund for an employed person in accordance with the pension law of the employee

In accordance with the decision of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health, a worker's pension (395/2006) Pursuant to paragraph 4 (2):

ARTICLE 1
Scope

The calculation criteria shall apply to the pension fund of the pension fund employee (185/2006) In respect of pension provision.

ARTICLE 2
Quantity to be calculated for the allocation of a shared cost

In accordance with the calculation criteria set out in Annex 1 to this Regulation, the quantities required for the sharing of the costs of the pension fund under Article 179 shall be calculated.

The coefficients required for the purposes of paragraph 1 are set out in Annex 2 to this Regulation.

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2015 and shall apply for the first time in the actuarial calculations of the pension fund for 2015. However, paragraph 6 of Annex 2 shall apply for the first time in the actuarial calculations of the pension fund for 2013 and Annex 2, point 3, for the first time in the actuarial calculations of the pension fund for 2014.

This Regulation repeals the Decree of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health on the calculation of the calculation of the calculation of the costs of the pension fund for an employed person under the pension law of the employee (1249/2007) .

Entry into force and application of amending acts:

12.3.2015/2:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 April 2015. The Regulation shall apply for the first time in the actuarial calculations of the pension fund for 2015.

10.6.2015/706

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 2015. The Regulation shall apply for the first time in the actuarial calculations of the pension fund for 2015.

16.9.2015/113:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 October 2015. The Regulation shall apply for the first time in the actuarial calculations of the pension fund for 2015.
