Ministry of Social Affairs and Health Regulation laying down criteria for calculating the pension liability of the pension fund under the pension law of the employee

In accordance with the decision of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health, a worker's pension (395/2006) (2) and the Law on Pension (1774/1995) Pursuant to paragraph 2 (3) and (3), as amended by Law No 1122/2006 and Article 3 (3) by Law 85/1999:

ARTICLE 1
Scope

The calculation criteria shall apply to the pension fund of the employee of the pension fund (185/2006) In respect of pension provision.

ARTICLE 2
Calculation of the pension liability under the employee's pension law

The Pension Fund Act (1774/1995) Shall be calculated according to the calculation criteria set out in Annex 1 to this Regulation.

The coefficients required to calculate the pension liability in accordance with paragraph 1 are set out in Annex 2 to this Regulation.

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2015 and shall apply for the first time in the insurance technical calculations carried out in 2015. However, paragraph 7 of Annex 2 shall apply for the first time in the technical calculations of the pension fund for 2013 and Annex 2, point 4, for the first time in the insurance technical calculations of the pension fund for 2014.

This Regulation repeals the Decree of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health on the basis for calculating the pension liability of the pension fund under the pension law of the employees (1920/2007) .

Annex 1: Amendment to the invoicing criteria for the pension fund of the employee's pension law (16/05/2015)

With A 1133/2015 Amended Annex 1, paragraph 1, entered into force on 1 October 2015.

Entry into force and application of amending acts:

123.2015/221:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 April 2015. This Regulation shall apply for the first time in the actuarial calculations of the pension fund from 2015.

10.6.2015/7:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 2015. This Regulation shall apply for the first time in the actuarial calculations of the pension fund from 2015.

16.9.2015/1133:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 October 2015. This Regulation shall apply for the first time in the actuarial calculations of the pension fund from 2015.
