Pursuant to the Ministerial Decision of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health of 10 April 1987 (395/1987) As amended by Law 80/2003:

ARTICLE 1

The prices of the eligible medicinal products listed in Article 57c (1) of the Pharmaceutical Centre for Medicinal Products for Safety and Development, as referred to in Article 57c (1), shall be notified to the National Pensions Office and to Finland At least 21 days before the first day of each quarter, the Apothecary, Apotekareareförbund ry and the university pharmacies. ARTICLE 3

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 April 2003.

However, the list referred to in Article 2 does not need to be published until 1 December 2003.

Before the entry into force of this Regulation, measures may be taken to implement it.

Entry into force and application of amending acts:

8.11.2005/881:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 18 November 2005 and shall remain in force until 2 January 2006.

23.1.2006/86:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 February 2006.

16.02.2009/88:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 April 2009.
