Chapter 1

Processing of the prohibition and restriction

ARTICLE 1
Conclusion of the proposal

Request for opinions

The Agency shall request the opinion of the municipality concerned on the proposal, unless it is a matter of its own motion. ARTICLE 3
Comment of a proposal

Remarks

Comment of a decision

The Agency shall inform the Agency of its decision by following, mutatis mutandis, the provisions of Article 3. The decision on the decision shall indicate the giver, date of issue, the main content of the decision and the entry into force of the prohibition or restriction. The alert shall also indicate where the details of the decision are available.

ARTICLE 6
Notice of the decision

The decision shall be notified to the author, the municipality, owner or holder of the motion, and to the supervisory authorities concerned in good time before the entry into force of the prohibition or restriction. The municipality should keep the information on the decision available for as long as the prohibition or restriction is in force.

Chapter 2

Content of the journey plan

The route plan referred to in Article 15 of the Road Traffic Code shall indicate the route of the route and its potential ancillary areas, so that they can be labelled on the basis of a plan. § 9
Information about the decision

The municipality's Environmental Protection Board's decision to approve the route plan shall be communicated by analogy with the provisions of Articles 5 and 6.

ARTICLE 10
The alert costs

The operator of the route shall pay the costs of alerting the route plan for the approval procedure. However, the costs of alerting the municipality to the municipality's decision to protect the environment are paid out of state resources.

ARTICLE 11
Geography of the terrain

ARTICLE 13
Road traffic in reindeer husbane

ARTICLE 14
Speed limit

§ 15
Entry into force

This Regulation shall enter into force on 20 January 1996.

Entry into force and application of amending acts:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2010.
