The presentation of the Minister for Foreign Affairs under the responsibility of the Ministry of the Interior is governed by the Law of 15 March 1996. (166/96) Pursuant to:

RekRegistry authorities

The Census Bureau operates under the Ministry of Finance.

The tasters are the local authorities of the registry administration which are subject to the regional administrative office.

In the province of Åland, the functions of the local authority of registry administration are carried out by the Åland State Office.

Tasks of the Population Register Centre

The Centre shall be responsible for developing methods of demography, directing demographers to local authorities and carrying out other tasks related to the population records provided to it. In addition, the Census Bureau shall have other registration tasks, as well as for elections and referenda, as well as for the electronic identity card and certified electronic transactions of the central government as they are expressly provided for.

§ 4
Tastrates

The taster is responsible for dealing with the population data in its territory and carrying out other tasks related to the population accounting, electoral and referenda, as expressly provided for.

The taster acts as a guardianship authority and carries out general administrative and service tasks as they are expressly provided for. (21/05/2015)

The official of the magistrates may be entrusted to the marriage authority, the public notary and the duties of the public service provider as they are expressly provided for.

Landscape control group

Matters relating to the steering and monitoring of horizontal development projects related to the activities of the Landscape, as well as the coordination of activities within the various fields of administration, are dealt with by the Master's Steering Group, of which the Ministry of Finance Set for two years at a time. The steering group shall examine the structure of the Strategic Performance Agreement, the structure of the Strategic Performance Agreement with the Landscape, and the framework and draft budget for the operational expenditure of the Landscape.

The steering group is represented by the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Employment and the Economy, the Population Register Centre, the Competition and Consumer Centre, the control and development unit of the Landscape Office of the Eastern Finland Regional Administration, And organisations representing the staff of the magistrates. Fire control

The Ministry of Finance approves the Census and Landscape Strategy Papers.

The Ministry shall approve the Agency's performance targets on a proposal from the Centre Party.

The CSD Steering and Development Service of the Eastern Finland Regional Administration shall approve the performance targets for the Master's sample on the basis of the Landscape Strategy Paper.

Appropriations

The Ministry of Finance allocates the appropriation to the Population Register Centre for its operation and the appropriations for the control and development of the Register of Magistrates for the activities of the registry administrator.

Prescribing to replace the master of the Maistraat

In the case of the master of the magistrates, he shall be replaced by an official of the magistrates laid down in the Rules of Procedure. However, on a proposal from the Maistraat, the control and development unit of the magistrates may be substituted with the consent of the master of the second Master, the spirit investor or any other official.

Qualification requirements for posts

The qualification requirement for the registry administrators shall be:

(1) Master's degree in law degree or degree in law, familiarity with the field of competence and, in practice, proven management skills;

Specific eligibility criteria for language skills in the Register

By way of derogation from the language skills required by the general government (424/2003) (1), the qualification requirement shall be as follows:

(1) In the country of Uusimaa, for the post of two consumer rights advisers in the south-west of Finland, in the case of the post of consumer legal adviser in south-west Finland and in western Finland, in the case of three consumer rights advisers, an excellent oral hearing of the Swedish language; and Written knowledge and satisfactory oral and written knowledge of the Finnish language;

(2) In a new country's registry office in south-western Finland, in the south-west of Finland and in the case of western Finland, in the case of western Finland, the excellent oral and written knowledge of the Swedish language of the Swedish language of the Swedish language; and Satisfactory oral and written knowledge of the Finnish language.

Competency requirements for other staff in the Maistraat in Uusimaa, south-west Finland and Western Finland are regulated by a decree of the Ministry of Finance.

Establishment and implementation of posts

The Supreme Leader of the Centre is appointed by the Council of Ministers. Other personnel will take the Population Register Centre.

ARTICLE 12

Staff arrangements for the combination of samples

At the time of the combination of tastrates, the flow of the magistrates shall be transferred and the personnel transferred to the combined sample.

§ 15
Entry into force

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 December 1996.

Before the entry into force of this Regulation, measures may be taken to implement it.

ARTICLE 16
Transitional provisions

The privileges granted before the entry into force of this Regulation shall also apply to the offices of the registry administrates referred to in this Regulation.

At the time of entry into force of this Regulation, the term of office of the Convention on Demography, which has been in force, will continue until the end of 1997.

At the time of entry into force of this Regulation, the pending cases shall be passed on to the magistrate concerned and to the provincial government in the province of Ahvenanmaa.

Entry into force and application of amending acts:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 March 1997.

This Regulation shall enter into force on 10 September 1997.

16.11.2006/1007:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2007.

In the case of samples of maize not covered by the Decree of the Ministry of the Interior amending Articles 2, 3 and 4 of the Ministerial Decision of the Ministry of the Interior (1036/2006) On the basis of a decision of the Board of Directors in 2007, the name of the Head of the Register of Magistrates, as Head of Master of the Register, shall be amended by a decision of the provincial government, with the entry into force of this Regulation. The post of head of the Maistraat shall be filled by the entry into force of the combined sample. The Deputy Head of the Landscape Master, who is not appointed as Head of the Combined Nomenclature, will continue with the Office of the Restaurant in the Combined Nomenclature.

The privileges granted before the entry into force of this Regulation shall also apply to the offices of the registry administrates referred to in this Regulation.

Before the entry into force of this Regulation, measures may be adopted for the implementation of the Regulation.

13.3.2008/14:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 17 March 2008.

Before the entry into force of this Regulation, measures may be adopted for the implementation of the Regulation.

18.12.2008/936:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2009.

Consumer counsellor, appointed by the Consumer Agency to the office of Consumer Rights Adviser established in the Register of Consumer Rights (800/2008) (2), shall, notwithstanding the provisions of this Regulation, be in a position to take office.

Before the entry into force of this Regulation, measures may be adopted for the implementation of the Regulation.

29.12.2009/17:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2010.

5.5.2011/412:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2012.

The Control and Development Unit of the Landscape Office of the Eastern Finland Regional Administrative Office may establish a Council Regulation on the division of powers of the Landscape (217/2011) The posts of masters of the masters referred to in paragraphs 2 to 10 and appoint officials to these posts before the entry into force of this Regulation. These posts may be filled in for the first time in order to be filled in unannounced. The flows shall be established as from 1 January 2012. Following the entry into force of this Regulation, the Head of the Head of Master's office shall be replaced by a decision of the Head of State Control and Development Unit in the Office for the Management and Development of the Register of Eastern Finland, if the master of the Master's Office does not: Appointed as Head of the Combined Landscape.

Without prejudice to Article 10a (1) (2) of the Combined Nomenclature, this Regulation shall, without prejudice to Article 10a (1) (2), apply to the investee's post in the Combined Nomenclature.

Before the entry into force of the regulation, measures may be adopted for the implementation of the Regulation.
