In accordance with the decision of the Parliament:

ARTICLE 1
Establishment of the National Park

In order to protect the high-lakes and the relevant areas of coastal and forest nature, environmental research and the promotion of natural activities, as well as the need for recreation and recreation to be established in the State-owned areas, Nature Conservation Act (22/23) The national park of Päitente, located in the municipalities of Padasjoki, Asikkala and Sysm.

ARTICLE 2
Location and boundaries of the national park

ARTICLE 3
Access to the right of access

The Nature Protection Authority and the guardian of the Nature Conservation Area have the right to take over the hunting, gathering or other equipment that has been or will be used against the rules or regulations in the national park. The same right of take-over also applies to animals caught illegally in the area and unlicensed plants, as well as any other kind of nature protection area that is prohibited from taking or using.

§ 4
Connection to the national park

An area which has been transferred to a State owned by the national park as an extension of the national park is included in the national park.

In the territory covered by the national park, the provisions and provisions of the national park shall enter into force when it is entered in the register of land or property. The establishment of real estate in the region is in force, as is provided for in the Law of the Sea.

§ 5
More detailed provisions

More detailed provisions on the implementation of this law shall be adopted by the Regulation.

ARTICLE 6
Entry into force

This Act shall enter into force on 1 June 1993.

The Law repeals the Decree of 28 May 1982 on the Pouter Anharju nature reserve (1999) .
