The Environment Minister's presentation is as follows:

ARTICLE 1 (13/122007/1222)

In the case of permanent monthly income, the amount of the monthly income shall not be read:

(1) the National Pensions Act (568/2007) In the form of a child allowance and a child's pension, a retirement pension, as referred to in Article 6 of the National Pensions Act, (608/1948) And in accordance with the legislation on motor insurance, or any other statutory child's pension or equivalent abroad benefit;

ARTICLE 3 (13/122007/1222)

The application for housing assistance or its annexes shall be reflected in the name of the applicant, the identification number, the real estate in which the dwelling is located and the information necessary for the purpose of identifying the dwelling, as well as the development of the housing support scheme, and For monitoring, the information which the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health deems necessary.

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1994.

This Regulation repeals the Housing Regulation of 23 June 1975 (488/75) With its subsequent modifications.

Entry into force and application of amending acts:

10.2.1995/182:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 May 1995. Article 2 of the Regulation applies to cases where the income of the food is changed at the time or after the entry into force of the Regulation.

16.11.2000/972:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 December 2000.

23.8.2001/7:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 September 2001.

9.8.2002/689:

This Act shall enter into force on 1 October 2002.

This law repeals the Housing Regulation of 12 November 1993 (949/1993) .

7.12.2006/1133:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2007.

This Regulation shall apply to housing assistance granted or amended from the entry into force of the Regulation or after that date.

13.12.2007.

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2008.

This Regulation shall apply to housing assistance granted or amended from the entry into force of the Regulation or after that date.

Before the entry into force of the regulation, measures may be taken to implement the Regulation.
