The Ministry of Justice is in accordance with the law of the Court of Justice of 27 March 1987 (353/87) Decided to:
The loan and mortgage register shall be used in the following jurisdictions and in the right of entry in the territory of the following jurisdictions:
Convictions: The Espoo, Hyvinka, Juva, Jyväskylä, Jämsä, Kemijärvi, Nils, Orimattila, Pielavmäki, Porvoo, Porvoo, Rantasalmi, Lake Island, Vantaa and Theft.
Rav rights: Helsinki, Mikkeli, Porvoo, Savolinna and Tampere.
The borrowing and mortgage register shall be used in the following jurisdictions and in the areas listed below:
Convictions:
Experiences In the province of the municipality of Vampires;
Lapland In the jurisdiction of the judiciary, with the exception of State countries;
Salmon In the district of Karjalohja, Salmon, Nummi-Pusula, Sammati and Vihdi, and the city of Salmon;
LoWise In the municipality of Lapinjärvi, Liljendal, Pernaja, Pany and Sweden, in the whole territory of the municipalities and in the area of the City of LoWise, in respect of real estate in the property register;
Mikkeli In the territory of the municipalities of Anttola, Hirvensalmen, Mikkeli, Mäntyharju, Pertunma and Cross;
Oulujoki river In the district of Hailuodon, Hauoulta, Iin, Kempele, Kiiming, Kuivanite, Liminga, Lumijoki, Oulunsalon, Rantsila, Rantsila, Temmee, Temmee, Surface, Surface, Oversight and Oversight;
Rovaniemi In the municipalities of the municipality of Posion and Ranua;
The River Management In the municipality of Rautalam in the whole territory of the municipality, and in the area of the city of Suon, in respect of real estate in the property register;
Tornion In the entire territory of the municipalities of Keminmaa, Simon, Tervola and Ylitornio, and in the municipality of Tornio in respect of real estate in the property register; and
Tuussing In the county of the Province of Tuusula.
Rav rights:
Kajaani In the case of property records held in the real estate register, the Caratto-Information Office and the Office of the Information Service.
The loan information contained in the loan and mortgage register shall be used in the following jurisdictions and in the case of rav rights in their entire territory:
Convictions: Cheap, Iisalmi, Kajaani, Kuopio, Kuusamo, Muhos, Pirkkala and Valkeala.
Rav rights: Hämeenlinna, Jyväskylä, Kemi, Kuopio, Lahti, Lappeenranta and Oulu.
The loan information contained in the loan and mortgage register shall be used in the following jurisdictions and in the areas listed below:
Convictions:
Heinolan In the district of Hartola, Heinola County, Joutsa, Leivonmäe, Luhanga and Sysm;
Experiences In the district of the municipality of Köyliö and the city of Khartoum, as well as in the city of Huittles and Experiences, in the case of real estate in the real estate register to be held by the Cartasto and Information Office;
Mikkeli In the municipality of Kangasniemi;
Oulujoki river In the municipality of Pudasjärvi;
Rovaniemi In the municipality of Rovaniemi (Municipality of Rovaniemi);
The River Management In the municipality of Karttula, Konnewater, Tervo and Vesannas;
Tornion In the municipality of Kolar and the municipalities of the Pello; and
Vilevels Island In the case of real estate in the real estate register held by the Cartel Office and the Information Service Office.
Rav rights:
Hanko In the case of property records held in the real estate register held by a carriat and information office, and
Kajaani In the case of a property engineer to hold property in the real estate register.
The mortgage data included in the loan and mortgage register shall be taken from 1 May 1992. Mikkeli In the district of Kangasniemi.
The authority of the registration authority in whose territory the loan and mortgage register is only partially established shall, throughout its territory, be subject to all forms of law-making and mortgage-related matters and shall be applied to the registers and protocols. Articles 4 to 6 of the Law on Sharing and Mortgages and, where applicable, Articles 7 to 13.
The decision to introduce a register register shall be decided separately.
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 April 1992.
This Decision repeals the Ministerial Decision of the Ministry of Justice of 19 December 1991 on the introduction of a loan and mortgage register in certain jurisdictions and in the rights of goods (1625/91) .
