Presentation by the Minister of Social Affairs and health, provides for 28 January 1972 on the recognition of the public health Act (66/72) pursuant to article 1 (22 March 2001/281), section 1, is repealed A 22 March 2001/281.
2-3 section 2-section 3 of the repealed A 28.5.2009/379.
section 4 section 4 of the (21 December 2006/1339) has repealed A 21 December 2006/1339.
section 5 of the Hamina, Helsinki, Kemi, Kotka, Oulu, Savonlinna and Pietarsaari, Pori, Rauma, Turku and Vaasa city, is to take care of the public health law, the duties provided for in article 14 (a).
Article 6 This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1993.
This regulation will be repealed on 10 March 1972 on the regulation of the public health (205/72) it later amended.
Before the entry into force of the regulation may be to take the measures needed to implement it.
The change of the date of entry into force of the acts and application: 27.6.97/633: This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 August 1997.
on 22 March 2001/281: This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 April 2001.
on 21 December 2006/1339: This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2007.
The municipality is obliged to organise under article 3 of the chromosomal abnormalities and fetal difficult structure to conform to the screening examination in accordance with this regulation within three years of the entry into force of the regulation.
This regulation repeals the public health regulation (802/1992).
on 14 June 2007/692: This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 2007.
28.5.2009/379: This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 2009.
