The Minister for Social Affairs and Health is introduced by the Public Health Act of 28 January 1972. (186/72) Pursuant to:

ARTICLE 1 (2001/281)

Article 1 has been repealed by A: 22.3.2001/281.

ARTICLES 2 TO 3

Articles 2 to 3 have been repealed by A 28.5.2009 .

§ 4 (21 DECEMBER 2006/1339)

Paragraph 4 has been repealed by A 21.12.2006/1339 .

§ 5

The city of Hamina, Helsinki, Kemi, Eagle, Oulu, Saint Petersburg, Pori, Rauma, Savonlinna, Turku and Vaasa are to carry out the tasks set out in Article 14a of the Public Health Act.

ARTICLE 6

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1993.

This Regulation repeals the Public Health Regulation of 10 March 1972 (205/72) With its subsequent modifications.

Before the entry into force of the Regulation, measures may be taken to implement it.

Entry into force and application of amending acts:

27.6.1997/633:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 August 1997.

22.3.2001/28:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 April 2001.

21.12.2006/1339:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2007.

Within three years of the entry into force of this Regulation, the municipality is obliged to organise a screening for the screening of chromosome aberrations referred to in Article 3 and the detection of severe structural abnormalities of the foetus in accordance with this Regulation.

This Regulation repeals the (802/1992) .

14.6.2007/692:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 2007.

28.5.2009:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 2009.
