Regulation of 24 November 1989 on the protection of the salary (1031/89) § 4 , the Ministry of Justice has decided:
The index figure of October 1992 (October 1951 = 100) increased by 2,7 % of the index figure in October 1991, from the hedging section to the Regulation on the protection of (1031/89) The amount of the hedges deemed necessary by the debtor until the next payment day to the date of remuneration of his/her surviving spouse, and of his or her spouse, and of the children and stepchildren of his or her spouse, 89.00 on the debtor. Markka and for each of the above mentioned categories, 25,00 marks per day.
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 January 1993.
