The presentation of the Minister of transport: Chapter 1 General provisions article 1, in addition to the water traffic in the rest of the State, falling within the scope of this regulation provides for the shut-off and avokanavilla, as well as through the drop-down in the water transportation of bridges.
The drop-down lists of railway bridges in addition to the force of the water through the traffic, what the State of the railways in the use drop-down lists in the security institutions to adopt rules for the use of bridges.

This Regulation shall apply also to the water traffic on part of the Saimaa channel in the Soviet Union, the Soviet Union, chartered in the Republic of Finland and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics of the Soviet Union in the middle part of the Saimaa Canal and Malyj Vysotskij Island hiring to the Republic of Finland, signed the agreement on 27 September 1962 (Treaty Series 40/63) on the basis of article 8, paragraph 2.

3) if timber raft is so poorly put together or so damaged that it may interfere with the other traffic or cause damage to the channel, or a drop-down of the bridge structures or equipment; or 4) if the person in charge of the master or of any other direction is found to be in such a State, or if the officers directing the kind of negligence on the part of, or the inability to otherwise indicate that the channel or through the bridge to pass to open may constitute a danger to the channel, or a drop-down of the bridge structures or equipment, or for the rest of the traffic.
The ban will take effect as soon as the barrier. The ban, however, subject to the decision of the maritime district, which is to deal with the matter as a matter of urgency.


Article 4 of the Council of the Union, on the part of the Saimaa Canal will pass through the Soviet ships, naval vessels, except for the Finnish ships, as well as other countries, the commercial returns in respect of carriage of goods or towing operations are carried out by commercial vessels and pleasure craft. Article 37 of this regulation, the Maritime Board and the maritime districts of the tasks and rights provided for in the Lemström channel and back to the Government in respect of the bridge of the åland Islands.


Article 38 This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 April 1991.
This regulation repeals the Saimaa Canal traffic rule, the regulation of 10 March 1972 (204/72) as well as the provision of transport channels in the regulation of 26 March 1976 (278/76), as amended.
