In accordance with the decision of the Parliament:

ARTICLE 1
Establishment of the National Park

In order to protect the national landscape of the northern Karelia, the old forests and their organisms, and the central part of Kol's national landscape, the maintenance of landscape and plant communities created by the caste economy and environmental research, environmental education And the promotion of a natural activity in the city of Lieksa to the state-owned areas of the Nature Conservation Act (22/23) The national park of Kol, a special protection area.

ARTICLE 2
Location and boundaries of the national park

The size of the Kol National Park is approximately 1 135 hectares and its borders are marked on the map annexed to this Act.

The boundaries of the national park in the waters are only marked on the map.

ARTICLE 3
Access to the right of access

The nature protection authority and the guardian of the nature reserve have the right to take over the hunting, collection or other equipment which has been or will be used against the rules or regulations in the area. The same right of take-over also applies to animals caught illegally in the area and unlicensed plants, as well as any other kind of nature protection area that is prohibited from taking or using.

§ 4
Connection to the national park

If an area which is not owned by the State, but is within the national park borders, is transferred to state ownership, it is included in the national park.

If the territory adjacent to the national park is transferred to the State, it may be connected to the National Park by a decision of the Ministry of the Environment.

§ 5
More detailed provisions

More detailed provisions on the implementation of this law shall be adopted by the Regulation.

ARTICLE 6
Entry into force

This Act shall enter into force on 10 April 1991.
