State Council Decision on the implementation of the law on the compensation of civil servants

The Act of 18 May 1990 on the compensation of civil servants of the State (449/90) Based on the presentation by the Ministry of Finance:

ARTICLE 1

When implementing the law on the compensation of civil servants in the event of an accident, it is necessary, where applicable, to comply with the Regulation on the implementation of the accident insurance law and the occupational disease (850/48) And the decision of the Council of State on the implementation of the accident insurance law at work (19,25) .

ARTICLE 2

The State Office and the institution holding officials entitled to compensation under the law on the compensation of civil servants must have one or more accident agents, where appropriate.

The Office or an institution shall designate an official of the Agency or of an institution as an accident agent. The appointment of the Accident Insurance Ombudsman shall be carried out.

ARTICLE 3

In addition to the appointment of an Accident Insurance Ombudsman in the State Council decision on the implementation of an accident insurance law in the State, without delay, the State Treasury will be informed of the fact that the official is not paid in the form of a non-reduced salary.

§ 4

This Decision shall enter into force on 1 July 1990.
